This multi-functional mini desk was designed by Florence Knoll, introduced in 1961 as part of her lounge collection. It captures postwar architectural ideals by merging Bauhaus concepts with structural minimalism.

Florence Knoll modestly referred to her designs as the “meat and potatoes” of furniture, emphasizing their essential nature. This mini desk has a restrained elegance, with crisp lines and geometric precision that reflect the exacting standards of 1960s modernism.

Shown in 48″ x 26″ Clear Tempered Glass Top on Polished Chrome Steel Base.

The Archetype Forms 1961 Mini Table: Multi is a faithful reproduction of the original Florence Knoll Mini Desk Model 2521T – 48″ x 26″.
