Based in Vancouver BC and established in 2017, Archetype Forms began its journey in the residential sector, offering furniture as complementary pieces to our broader range of products and services. Recognizing the growing demand for distinctive, high-quality furniture, we made a strategic pivot in 2023. We now focus exclusively on modern designer furniture, launching an online store dedicated to providing the archetypes of furniture design: timeless pieces that elevate any space.
This shift marks a new chapter in our history, one that aligns with our commitment to craftsmanship, quality and unique design.
The Essence of Archetype Forms
Our name, Archetype Forms, encapsulates our mission. In literature and art, an archetype is an original model from which all other similar forms are derived. Similarly, in the world of furniture, designs have their own archetypes that inspire subsequent creations. We offer these foundational pieces, each with its own personality, offering unique customizations previously unavailable, building to the designers’ specifications, while using modern and efficient manufacturing techniques with the highest quality materials and standards.

In anticipation of our ecommerce website launch, we invested significant effort into curating an exclusive range of designs, each meeting our exacting standards, and fine-tuning our digital-first shopping platform to enhance the customer experience.

This year signifies our official launch as Archetype Forms, and marks the inauguration of a new standard in online furniture shopping.
