The Cotone Slim Small Armchair Model 140 was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec in 2018. The Cotone series was first unveiled at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, where it received acclaim for its elegance and functional versatility. The Cotone Slim Small Armchair features a slender, extruded aluminum frame. Its rigidity and minimal structure contrasts with the soft, upholstered seat and backrest. Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec’s designs are featured in the collections of institutions such as the Centre Pompidou, MoMA, and the Design Museum London. “An object in a room is like a teabag in a glass of water. It has the power to generate the entire atmosphere,” Ronan Bouroullec once remarked. The Cotone Slim Small Armchair is a dining chair, office chair, and additional seating. The Cotone Slim Small Armchair by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, model 140, is available in Canada.

Shown in Azzurite Premium Suede on Anodized Aluminum Base.
