5-Year Limited Warranty Terms
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in Archetype Forms furniture. It includes a 5-year warranty on any metal or solid wood structural failures and a 1-year warranty on soft parts and workmanship-related failures, such as threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with glue as adhesive that come loose from residential, non-commercial usage.
From the date of delivery, this warranty extends for 5 years for any metal or solid wood structural failures from residential, non-commercial usage, and 1 year for any soft parts and workmanship-related failures.
For Archetype Forms Outdoor Furniture, metal structural failures are covered for 3 years, and soft parts and workmanship-related failures, such as piping, decorative fabric, or rope features, are covered for 1 year.
For the 5-year warranty on metal or solid wood structural failures, Archetype Forms will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 14-24 weeks. The customer is responsible for any labor and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s) within Canada and the U.S.
For the 1-year warranty on soft parts and workmanship-related failures, Archetype Forms will reimburse local repair charges under the conditions that
1) The repair service quote is first approved by Archetype Forms and
2) Archetype Forms does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of dissatisfactory repair work.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, finishes such as marble, paint, leather, metal, fabric, fiberglass, foams, plywood, rugs, veneers, cushioning, coating materials, and outdoor use of non-specified furniture. Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, or environmental factors outside of Canada and the U.S., including wind, flood, freezing water, animal damage, burn marks, fading, staining, mildewing, and compression of cushion fillings/fiber, is not covered. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Parts can only be shipped to Canada and the U.S., and service call costs outside these areas may be agreed upon separately.
All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. They are covered by Archetype Forms Limited Warranty for 90 calendar days. Strictly no exceptions will be made for Final Sale items.
Electrical component failures for lighting and standing desks are covered by Archetype Forms Limited Warranty for 90 calendar days.

Commercial Limited Warranty
This warranty covers metal or solid wood structural failures in Archetype Forms furniture resulting from light commercial use in offices, lounges, or similar environments, and heavy commercial use in restaurants, clubs, or other types of high-traffic, high-turnover use.
For light commercial use: This warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts for 1 year.
For heavy commercial use (specific Heavy Use products): Warranty details will be provided individually.
For regular products used in heavy commercial environments: 90-day warranty.
Depending on the issue, this may involve shipping you replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement (at our discretion). Archetype Forms will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 14-24 weeks. The customer is responsible for any labor and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s). As an alternative resolution to replacement parts, Archetype Forms will reimburse local repair charges under specific conditions.
This warranty does not cover soft parts, marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, polypropylene, foams, plywood, veneers, concrete, woven seating, coating materials, and outdoor use of non-specified furniture. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if the defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (such as a flood). Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.
All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. They are covered by Archetype Forms Limited Warranty for 90 calendar days. Strictly no exceptions will be made for Final Sale items.
