The main difference between shipments in our local area and our extended areas are shipping times on in-stock items. In our local delivery area it usually takes between 5-7 days from the date of your order to arrive at your delivery location. For in-stock shipments outside of our local delivery area, it can take between 1-2 weeks depending on the location. For special order items it is between 10-12 weeks delivery time for delivery, regardless of whether it is in our local or extended delivery area. If you’re considering upgrading to White Glove Shipping after your order has already been shipped, there will be a significant surcharge and potential delays. This service is available in specific areas in Canada. Reach out to our customer service team to inquire about availability in your area.

Archetype Forms offers delivery to all of Canada and the Continental USA. Our local delivery is available to the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland region in British Columbia, Canada. For in-stock items our local delivery is within 5-7 days of your order. For outside of this area it can take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

At Archetype Forms, we understand the importance of timely and hassle-free delivery. That’s why we offer two shipping options tailored to your needs.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Ensures your items are delivered right to your doorstep. The delivery is made to the threshold, which is typically your garage, shipping, or lobby area. It doesn’t include inside delivery, assembly, or debris removal, however all shipments require your signature for security and responsible delivery. For local deliveries, the estimated transit time is 5-7 days. For outside of our local area, it can take between 1-2 weeks. Please keep in mind that for our custom order pieces, the transit time is in addition to the lead times for custom orders. For specific lead times, kindly refer to our custom order policy.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

If you’re looking for a more comprehensive delivery, this option might be right for you. This premium service includes a delivery appointment, placement up to one flight of stairs, minor assembly of your items, and removal of the packaging. Please note that wall mount installations and light fixture installations are not included in this service. In the rare instance your product requires major assembly, this is also not covered; however, we can arrange this outside of the delivery terms. Just contact us.

The estimated transit time for White Glove shipments is also 5-7 days for local deliveries, and 1-2 weeks for the rest of Canada and the Continental USA. Please keep in mind that for our custom order pieces, the transit time is in addition to the lead times for custom orders. For specific lead times, kindly refer to our custom order policy.

For those who prefer a hands-on approach, our Customer Pick Up option is available from our select local Vancouver warehouse. When you choose this option, our system will offer it if you have a shipping address within British Columbia. Please wait for a confirmation call from our warehouse before heading over. Remember, we recommend bringing a larger vehicle and a friend to assist with loading, as our warehouse team is unable to help in this regard. Also, please be aware that orders can only be held for pick up for 15 calendar days, after which time a delivery will need to be arranged at an extra cost. So let us know if you need more time.

If you’re located outside our local delivery area, we’re here to help. We deliver throughout Canada and the Continental USA via our third-party warehousing and logistics partners. Regular shipping charges apply and will appear with the estimated shipping date in your cart. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team in advance of placing your order to discuss this further. We’ll ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are in Canada or the Continental USA. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss your specific needs.

Custom pieces take between 10-12 weeks to be produced and shipped to our local or one of our network of warehouses. Once they’ve arrived, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Full payment is required in advance for all orders. Once production starts on your custom order, cancellations aren’t possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. If you have recently placed an order and need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. We will do everything within our ability to help you with your changes.

Once you’ve submitted a custom order, modifications might not always be possible, and charges could apply for approved changes. Your credit card will be automatically charged for outstanding payments according to our Store Policy. For custom orders, our Archetype Forms Guarantee covers defects or damages, but please note that custom orders can’t be returned or refunded due to buyer’s remorse.

If you’re unable to accept the delivery within 15 days of being contacted about shipping readiness, warehouse storage charges will apply. In cases where the customer is unreachable or unwilling to accept delivery after 30 days, our team will handle the order accordingly.

For orders that are in stock, you can expect them to be set up for shipment within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders and custom orders take around 1-5 business days after receiving the products in our warehouse for sorting and quality inspection before they’re ready for shipment, after which time you will receive a call from our logistics team to arrange the date.

For custom orders, the above processing time is in addition to the manufacturing and receiving timeline of approximately 10-12 weeks.

For in-stock items, standard Shipments and White Glove Shipments generally take 5-7 days within our local delivery area and 1-2 weeks to the rest of Canada and the USA. For custom-order pieces, delivery time is approximately 10-12 weeks from the time of delivery, regardless of whether it is within our local delivery or extended delivery areas.

For our local delivery option, we’ll get in touch within 2-3 business days to schedule the delivery. For our extended areas in Canada and the Continental USA, once your order is in transit you’ll receive an email with tracking information to keep you informed. You can also track your order online or contact us.

If you anticipate any conflicts with receiving your delivery on the estimated dates, or you need it delivered at a later time, please notify us through our contact form on the Contact Us page either before or soon after placing your order. We’ll be happy to discuss the possibility of delayed delivery. In cases where you learn of a delivery conflict later, please let us know before shipment.

If you’re unreachable, unable, or unwilling to accept delivery after 30 days of our efforts to inform you, our team will handle your order accordingly. Temporary storage is possible but will incur storage fees. Changes to consignees or shipping methods need written notice at least 5 business days before shipment.
