The Poet Sofa was originally designed by Finn Juhl for his own home, later exhibited at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Exhibition. This small, two-seater sofa draws inspiration from surrealist art, reflecting Juhl’s commitment to combining art with functionality.
The Poet Sofa is recognized for its and its slim, tight padding and sculptural form, where the backrest curves frontward creating a false enclosure.
