At Archetype Forms, we understand the importance of timely and hassle-free delivery. That's why we offer two shipping options tailored to your needs.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

A scheduled delivery that ensures your items are delivered right to your doorstep. The delivery is made to the threshold, which is typically your doorway, garage, shipping, or lobby area. It doesn't include inside delivery, assembly, or debris removal. All shipments require your signature for security and responsible delivery.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:

If you're looking for a more comprehensive delivery, this option might be right for you. This premium service includes a delivery appointment, placement up to one flight of stairs, assembly of your items, and removal of the packaging.

Please note that wall mount installations and light fixture installations are not included in this service. In the rare instance your product requires major assembly, this is also not covered; however, we can arrange this outside of the delivery terms. Just contact us.

Important: If you anticipate returning an item, please ask the delivery team to leave the packaging with you. 

If you're considering upgrading to White Glove Shipping after your order has already left our factory, there may be a significant surcharge and potential delays. Reach out to our customer service team promptly if you need to add this service after initially placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

For delivery within Canada and the USA, there are no additional duties, tariffs, or VATs on top of your order. The price you see in checkout is all you pay, with no additional costs when receiving your delivery.

For purchases within the USA, there are no sales taxes added to your order. The prices you see on the product pages are the prices you pay.

For purchases within Canada, sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your province or territory.

If you're located outside our local delivery area, we're here to help. We deliver throughout Canada and the Continental USA via our third-party warehousing and logistics partners. Regular shipping charges apply and will appear in your cart. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team in advance of placing your order to discuss this further. We'll ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are in Canada or the Continental USA.

Custom pieces take between 10-12 weeks to be produced and shipped to our local warehouse or one of our network of warehouses. Once they've arrived, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days for local deliveries and 1-2 weeks for deliveries to the rest of Canada or the continental USA. This brings the total delivery time to approximately 12-14 weeks from the time of order.

Full payment is required in advance for all orders. Once production starts on your custom order, cancellations aren't possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. If you have recently placed an order and need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. We will do everything within our ability to help you with your changes.

Once you've submitted a custom order, modifications might not always be possible, and charges could apply for approved changes.

For custom orders, our Archetype Forms Guarantee covers defects or damages, but please note that custom orders can't be returned or refunded due to buyer's remorse.

If you're unable to accept the delivery within 15 days of being contacted about shipping readiness, warehouse storage charges will apply.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasionally unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These can include severe weather conditions, international logistics disruptions, changes in trade regulations, natural disasters, or other acts of God. We do everything within our power to anticipate and minimize these delays, working closely with our shipping partners to find alternative solutions when challenges arise.

If any delay affects your order, we'll communicate with you promptly and keep you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we're committed to transparency throughout the delivery process.

For orders that are in stock, you can expect them to be set up for shipment within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders and custom orders take around 1-5 business days after receiving the products in our warehouse for sorting and quality inspection before they're ready for shipment, after which time you will receive a call from our logistics team to arrange the date.

For our local delivery option, we'll get in touch within 2-3 business days to schedule the delivery. For our extended areas in Canada and the Continental USA, once your order is in transit you'll receive an email with tracking information to keep you informed. You can also contact us.

For in-stock items, standard Shipments and White Glove Shipments generally take 5-7 days within our local delivery area and 1-2 weeks to the rest of Canada and the continental USA. For custom-order pieces, delivery time is approximately 12-14 weeks from the time of order, regardless of whether it is within our local delivery or extended delivery areas.

If you anticipate any conflicts with receiving your delivery on the estimated dates, or you need it delivered at a later time, please notify us through our contact form on the Contact Us page either before or soon after placing your order. We'll be happy to discuss the possibility of a postponed delivery. In cases where you learn of a delivery conflict later, please let us know before shipment.

If you're unreachable, unable, or unwilling to accept delivery after 30 days of our efforts to inform you, our team will handle your order accordingly. Temporary storage is possible but will incur storage fees. Changes to consignees or shipping methods need written notice at least 5 business days before shipment.
