The Florence Knoll designed square coffee table was originally released in her classic 1954 coffee table collection. It captures the essence of postwar modernist architecture, with its clean lines and rational design approach she adopted from her Bauhaus mentors and colleagues, including Mies van der Rohe.

Florence Knoll's approach was to ensure every piece fit harmoniously within the larger space. This coffee table is slightly taller and has a smaller footprint than other coffee tables from the line, giving it a balance between a low-profile coffee table and an end table.

Shown in Matte Black Oak on Polished Chrome Steel Base.

Tabletop Finishes: Wood Tops available in Matte & Glossy Finishes, Marble Tops in Satin & Polished. Select "None" for Glass only.

The Archetype Forms 1954 Moyenne End Table: Square is a faithful reproduction of the original Florence Knoll Square End Table Model 2517T - 35.5" x 35.5".
