The LC8 Swivel Stool was originally designed by Charlotte Perriand with Le Corbusier in 1927 for her Paris atelier, later introduced as part of the LC Collection at the 1929 Salon d’Automne in Paris.
Reflecting Perriand’s desire to simplify production by employing common elements throughout her designs, the LC8 Swivel Stool is an armless counterpart to the LC7 Swivel Chair.
The LC8 Swivel Stool features a circular, 360° swivel revolving padded seat resting on sturdy tubular steel legs, a pared-down complement to the LC7 Chair.
Shown in Girasol Italian Aniline Leather on Black Powder Coat Steel.
The Archetype Forms LC8 Swivel Stool is a faithful reproduction of the original Charlotte Perriand & Le Corbusier LC8 Swivel Stool, also known as Chaise 8 Tabouret Tournant Stool.
