The Relaxed Square Bench was originally designed by Florence Knoll as part of her 1954 classic lounge collection. This versatile bench reflects her dedication to objective perfectionism and rational design, influenced by her mentor Mies van der Rohe.
This “Relaxed” 4-seater version offers enhanced comfort, featuring a softer seat and deeper proportions than the regular benches from Florence Knoll's original series.
Shown in "Petit" version, with Chalk Heavyweight Structured Woven Upholstery on Brushed Stainless Steel.
The Archetype Forms Relaxed Bench: Petit Square Four-Seater is a faithful reproduction of the original Florence Knoll Relaxed Bench, Square, Model 2530YRC4.
